Double Room's Available in Brand New House

Hey Everyone, living with me (the owner and one other), I’ve got one fully furnished double room with a shared bathroom in my brand new house, which was only completed just under 6 years ago. The house is a town house and so the room is situated on the third floor so you get an excellent view and privacy. The room has a TV point, high Speed internet access and plenty of storage with a large wardrobe. The House itself is equipped with a brand new fully fitted kitchen including the usual appliances, microwave, washing machine plus a huge American fridge freezer so can get all your freezer stuff in no problems. I also have Sky in the house within the living room. The House also has a large garden, patio and garage should you want to store you stuff away. Parking space is also available. The house is located officially part of Sherborne St John (nice quiet area), but it’s basically more Basingstoke on the map. It’s also close to the center of Basingstoke. I also have a bi weekly cleaner that cleans all areas except for your bedroom (unless you ask otherwise). The cost of the cleaner is included.

For the room I’m looking for 480 pcm with all your bills included but not the phone. This is a great house where everything is literally shiny new. I’m Looking for Good clean not so loud professional people that also like to socialize as I do.
