Two letting options in a detached house with stunning gardens in a rural setting. Shared kitchen and bathrooms. The rooms can be furnished or unfurnished.

The first letting option is a large and spacious attic room. Do note it is accessed by a rather steep, alternating stepped staircase (see image).

The second letting option is two adjacent downstairs rooms. These can be used as two bedrooms or one can be converted into an office or sitting room.

This is a unique property in an idyllic and peaceful rural setting, close to the New Forest with great access to neighbouring towns Romsey, Southampton, Salisbury and Winchester. There is a bus stop on the Salisbury to Southampton route a 3 minute walk from the drive on the A27 and the Sherfield English village shop and post office is a 15 minute walk away.

There are two bathrooms, one with toilet and bath, which also contains the washing machine, and one with a toilet and shower.

There is a shared open plan kitchen and dining room.

Ample off road parking is available in the private parking area off the drive.

The house has 4 acres of gardens including a boating pond, formal garden and lawns which are all there for all to enjoy. I take care of all maintenance of the garden but gardening enthusiasts are more than welcome to participate!

I am a self employed artist and designer based at the property full time. My private rooms are on the other side of the house, adjoining the kitchen area and I have a detached workshop and studio beside the house.

Both letting options are £600 per month each. If you are looking for more space, I would be able to offer all three rooms for a reduced rate of £1100 per month.
