Double Room In Relaxed Central Flat

This flat would suit someone looking for a home rather than just a room. The room is in my 2 bed 2nd floor flat sharing with my lovely buddy Rob. I'm flexible with tenants making the place look like their own (within reason) and just want someone nice whos going to be courteous and respectful. Open to couples but we'd have to negotiate a slightly higher fee to account for increase in utilities. Flat is close the Common, Southampton train station and Southampton General hospital.
