We are looking for a female tenant to join the lovely house and its housemates.

The room is fully furnished with double bed ,a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, desk and chair. Plenty of space for your clothes, shoes and stuff.

The house has a communal living room with Virgin TV. There is a dining table and 2 comfy sofas for you to relax.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a new washing machine, big fridge-freezer, microwave and almost everything you would need for preparing your meals.

There is a yard at the back of the house with a table and chairs and a safe place to store your bike.

The communal areas are being regularly cleaned by a professional cleaner.

There are 3 females tenant at the moment, all working professionals and very nice and friendly. It is a quiet house where you can feel at home and where everyone's privacy is being respected.
