Double room in spacious flat / Hill Lane

I'm looking for a FEMALE housemate for our 2 bedroom flat on Hill Lane for SHORT TERM (2-3 months) starting from 23 May 2025. OPEN TO EXTENSION. If you want to extend your stay, you’ll need to find another roommate as the flat is rented as a whole. I’m moving out late July/Aug 2025. Viewings are welcome from 22 April 2025.

I'm 4th year PhD student in Law and looking for a mature student/professional. The flat is quite spacious and new, the landlady is very helpful. Since my current housemate is moving out due to finding a job in another city, we are looking for someone who can move starting from 23rd May 2025.

The rent is £950 in total, bills are not included. The new tenant will pay £475 plus bills.

The location is quite good. 15 mins walk to Lidl Banister Road, 15 mins walk to Common park, 25 mins walk to City center, 45 mins walk to University Highfield Campus. Room viewings are welcome from 22 April 2025. For any questions, please reach out. Thanks! 🌞
