I'm a PhD student and my current roommate is software engineer. I’m moving out due to relocation to another country, hence looking for a person to take over my tenancy from 23 July 2025.
The flat is quite spacious and the landlady is very helpful. The rent is £1200 in total, bills are not included. The new tenant will pay £600 plus bills.
