Hello, I have a spacious double room to rent in my 4-bed house located in Upper Shirley. The room is fully furnished (double bed, bedside tables, chair, wardrobe and chest of drawers). The house is a spacious detached property with 4 reception rooms on the ground floor (shared living room, dining room, kitchen and conservatory), garden and garage for bike storage. There are two bathrooms (shared). Off-road parking is available on the drive.

The house is approximately 10 mins walk from SGH and Shirley high street and access to the common is also easy (a quiet 15 minute walk through residential streets).

I work at the university, with a mix of office and working from home and enjoy walking, cycling, running, cooking and coffee :-). There is one other lodger in the house and we have a cat (who is very friendly!).

All bills are included (includes fibre broadband/wifi). Council Tax Band D
