Well-tended large rear garden and patio area for relaxing, bbq or sun-tanning.
Rear access to garden for bike-owners.
I am looking for someone/a couple who is clean, tidy and respectful of others, with a positive mind-set and sociable to join this friendly house. Ideally female for balance in the house.
The rent is £575 per month. Couples' rate is Plus £200.
Short term rental arrangements [less than 6 months] are on the basis of complete payment up-front -please enquire for price details.
Regular cleaner visits (+ £10 contribution). And tenants take turns to clean different parts in the meantime.
