The kitchen is fully equipped and there is plenty of cupboard space. There are 2 big fridge-freezers, a new washing machine and a tumble dryer.

There is also a shared living room in the house with comfy sofas and a TV. We have also a professional cleaner coming to the house every week to look after the communal spaces.

At the moment there are 4 tenants in the house, very friendly and respectful. All are working professionals who like to keep the house quiet and clean.

The location is perfect for those who like being in close distance to the city centre and also having access to Shirley Highstreet. There is a bus stop just 1 minute away from the house with buses up to 3 minutes. Very easy access to the General Hospital.
