I have a large double room to rent and includes king size bed/ wardrobe/ chest of drawers / close to Southampton hospital (10 minute walk) close to Shirley High Street (10 minute walk) overlooking a lovely park which is ideal for walking and exercise.

I am looking for a professional working person who works full time who is quiet/reliable/trustworthy/clean /non smoker! Hybrid working will be considered.

I stay at the property only two days a week, the rest of the time the lodger will have the flat to themselves hence why I need a reliable trustworthy person.

The rental will include all bills/broadband/cleaning of shared areas once a week.

The flat is is on the top floor of a block of six flats with a security entrance.
