Large Double Room with King Size Bed

Landlord stays only 2 days a week....

I have a large double room to rent in my two bed flat one bedroom is mine and the other room is available to rent for the right person. The large bedroom includes king size bed/ wardrobe/ chest of drawers / close to Southampton hospital (10 minute walk) close to Shirley High Street (10 minute walk) overlooking a lovely park which is ideal for exercise.

I am looking for a professional working person who works full time who is quiet/reliable/trustworthy/clean /non smoker! Hybrid working will be considered.

I stay at the property only two days a week the rest of the time I work/stay at my girlfriends house, the lodger will have the flat to themselves the majority of the week hence why I need a reliable trustworthy person.

The rental will include all bills/broadband/cleaning of shared areas once a week.
