Double room for rent

I'm seeking a lodger for a double loft room. The house has on or off street parking, and shared living spaces including living room, kitchen, laundry area, a full bathroom and a downstairs toilet. Bills included would be WiFi; i also anticipate gas/water/electric could be included long as its used reasonably, Council tax is your own responsibility (Band C). Length of stay can begin from January, and last for any length of time. It's a priority to get along and make sure it's the right fit for everyone. I'm a professional, single mom, with 2 kids (aged 7 and 11) who are with me Saturday to Wednesdays, and 2 cockapoos. I work in London part of the week and work from home couple days a week too.
