Recently decorated room in house conveniently situ

The room has been recently decorated and is a comfortable size . There are kitchen facilities available if required including a washing machine. There is a cozy shared sitting room and a sizeable garden. The house is less than a mile from Southampton General hospital and less than two miles to central station.
I am looking for someone quiet and respectful either working or seriously looking for work or a student seriously studying! I anticipate entertaining but this is not a party house! I work with asylum seekers., who will on occasions be invited to the garden and perhaps the shared sitting room, however there is access via the side of the house so they don’t needs to go through the house. . In general however I am a quiet person and value my privacy
