Lovely house within walking distance of Southampton General Hospital (20 minutes), main Shirley Road shops (5 minutes), supermarkets and gyms. Southampton Common 20-minute walk/4 minute drive. Southampton Central Train Station 1.3 miles.
This is my home and it is very cosy, welcoming and tastefully furnished. I am looking for a friendly, clean and tidy professional or mature postgraduate (ideally female) who travels to the area for work during the week.
The double bedroom is very large and has a king size bed, bedside tables, lamps, desk, chair, chest of drawers, wardrobe, mirrors, large wardrobe, TV and treadmill.
All bills included, use of kitchen, fridge, dishwasher, dining room, cloakroom, bathroom and garden. Unrestricted on road parking.
A cleaner comes fortnightly, although the house is kept clean and tidy in between.
