Double room in spacious flat

I'm looking for a housemate for our 2 bedroom flat on Hill Lane for a year starting from 23 July 2025. OPEN TO EXTENSION. Viewings are welcome anytime (except 1st to 5th of a July)

I'm a professional software engineer and looking for a mature student or professional. The flat is quite spacious and new, the landlady is very helpful. Since my current housemate is moving out due to a job relocation, we are looking for someone who can move starting from 23rd July 2025.

The rent is £1200 in total, bills are not included. The new tenant will pay £600 plus bills.

The location is quite good. 15 mins walk to Lidl Banister Road, 15 mins walk to Common park, 25 mins walk to City center, 45 mins walk to University Highfield Campus. Room viewings are welcome from anytime (except 1-5 July). For any questions, please reach out. Thanks! 🌞
