The property is 5 minutes walk from Shirley High Street with unrestricted on road parking.

The rent is £720 pcm Monday to Friday also concidered at ££660 all bills included also broadband and Netflix tv.

The house is modern but quirky my bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor together with shared kitchen/diner then spiral staircase to your ensuite.

I am fairly laid back but there are rules of the house No drugs smoking, heavy drinking or overnight guests.

References are required from a previous landlord or employer also driving licence/passport and proof of income.
