Because we own our properties direct we do not need to use agents to manage them. Therefore we do not need to charge any fees and the fact its against the law to charge fees. Each contract is initially for 3 months, So you know where you stand at all times should you need to leave quickly for that dream job. Your contract is rolling month by month contract until you wish to leave you need to provide two months notice and the notice period is counted from your next rent due date. Not before.
Bills are included in our shared houses and due to the current turbulence times we live in. Your rent may be increased after 1 year, to cover the increase in costs, inflation and market rent. If rents are to go up after you have stayed for 1 year, you will be given 2 months notice before hand in months 9/10.
You can also upgrade to a larger room, with or without ensuite, walk in wardrobes, luxury top end ensuite rooms (like a studio) in the same house or other houses and flats, that we own, when they come available. Or downgrade should you wish to save money. No fees charged for this, as this is a free service for our tenants.
