King Bed Room in Private Flat Near Hosp. & Uni

Hello!
I have a beautiful flat in upper Shirley that I’m only at once or twice a month (I work away) and would like to technically rent one of the two rooms - but actually, 99% you’d have the entire flat all to yourself! Hence the price & bills not being included. But we can work out what that is if a lump sum is better.

It so close to the uni, hospital, town and it’s on the doorstep of Southampton common. There are great buses, the train station is at the bottom of Hill Lane and there is a Voi scooter park opposite the street entrance.

It’s a quiet little close with a lovely sense of community so females will feel very safe there.

Couples and pets very welcome.
All new black goods (dishwasher, washing machine, oven)

There’s a private garden and off road parking plus street parking.

Probably not ideal for party people - but I’d be particularly interested to hear from professionals, adult students, maybe even consultants who may only need the flat during the week, people who might want short term, mid term… I’m open to all! As long as you are super respectful of the house and the neighbours : )
