En-suite room in Shirley

We are renting out our room in Shirley after redecorating the en-suite over the summer after our last lodger moved out. It’s a good size double in a loft conversion with a compact en suite. The house has lots of living space and a garden. It’s a great spot for anyone working at the hospital, which is 10-15 mins walk away, or the university, which is a 10-15 min cycle.
We are couple and are live in landlords, Rich is a scientist and I am a part time PhD student and nurse. We have a very friendly ginger tom cat who will want to be your best friend, so whoever moves in will need to be a cat lover!
