Spacious double room in Upper Shirley

It's an awesome and spacious family style house with three young professionals currently living. One housemate is moving out at the end of December so we are keen to get someone fun in at the start of the new year.

The room available is the master bedroom of the house, so is very large and it is located right next to the house bathroom. It isn't furnished, but comes with a small storage unit. The room includes all bills, inc. council tax, broadband, water, gas & electricity.

Downstairs, the house has a huge kitchen with as many kitchen utensils as you could possibly wish for (we are keen cooks!), a dining room with table and chairs for entertaining, and it also doubles up as a table tennis room! There is also a great sized lounge with TV and sofa, a toilet downstairs, and the washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and fridge are located next to the kitchen. There's a lot of space!

Outside we have a nice sized patio with a big gas BBQ which is great in the summer. Behind that there is a garden with a bike shed as well as a normal shed, and there is access to this from the side entrance.

Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms (one of these being a decent sized spare room for friends who can come to stay) and the main bathroom.

The house is ideally located for Southampton train station, city centre, Southampton General Hospital, and 2 mins walk from Southampton common. There is a Sainsbury's / Tesco's nearby, a few pubs a few minutes walk and Shirley High Street fairly close too. There is also off road parking available.

We are a couple of laid back, social and fun professionals who are looking for a like minded housemate who enjoys hanging out and having a few beers. The house is great, and the right housemate is essential! So, if you are fun and like the sound of the above then get in touch!
