2 Rooms in Nice House, 900MB WiFi and bills

I have a double room available in a good house in Shirley. It has a double bed, wardrobe andd drawers.

There will also be a single bedroom in the house next door with a junior double bed, wardrobe and drawers. This is available from 16th March.

Currently sharing with 3 working people - 2 males and 1 female. There is a bathroom, separate toilet and a shower room as well.

There's a lounge, Smart TV, ultrafast 900MB internet, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 2 fridge freezers, garden, bike storage, etc.

Free parking is available on the road outside and bike storage is available too. The rent for the large room is £530 per month including all the bills. The deposit is just £400.
The single room is £470 per month including all the bills. The deposit is just £300.

Couples are welcome in the double room for an extra £150 per month and extra £150 deposit.
