I have a large en-suite bedroom in a spacious 2-bedroom flat. The property is located in a central area of Southampton, 10-minute walk to both Southampton Central train station and the town centre, as well as easy access to the nearby commuter motorways. There is a bath and a separate shower within the en-suite. There is a parking space available.
I am a professional lady and looking for a mature, social professional who is clean and tidy. All fixed bills are included, but water and electricity to be shared.
