Big double, fully-furnished room available in friendly, clean house. All bills included. The house is near a main bus route with non-permit parking on the road and driveway for off-road parking.
It’s a short walk to the common, the train station and city centre. Shared areas include a large lounge, large dining room, kitchen, bathroom and additional downstairs toilet. There’s also a lovely garden with secure bike storage, decked seating area and gas bbq.
The new housemate should be a working professional/post grad who wants to live in a clean, considerate, friendly house and will contribute to maintaining this. I am not now a live-in landlord.
One month’s rent required as deposit and rent paid monthly in advance. All bills, internet, etc, included.
No couples or pets.
