1 bedroom self contained flat - bills included

1 bedroom completely self-contained flat/annexe. It has its own bathroom, kitchen, bedroom and living room. It is the whole ground floor of my townhouse, I have my own space on the upper 2 floors so this is just for you, no sharing!
Fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, drawers, sofa, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge freezer etc.
It is accessed by its own door from my hallway on the ground floor.
I have my own door to the 2 upper floors at the top of the first flight of stairs.
You will need to supply your own pots/pans, plates etc.
The room comes furnished and has ample driveway parking. You will have your own space on the drive. It is also a no through road with ample parking at the bottom of the road just opposite the house.
I do have a garden you are welcome to use but it is accessed through my kitchen so I would need to be home for you to use it.
The price includes bills, gas/electric, water etc. The only thing it does not include is the internet. I do have internet to the property which can be accessed while I have it at no extra cost but I will be cancelling it soon so I can't guarantee constant use in the long run. I am being asked to add the council tax band which is a B but as bills are included it doesn't really apply.

Though this area of the property is self-contained and you don't need to share it, it is still within my home, so I am looking for the right person for it. It is important to me to have someone I can get on with and trust even if we don't share all the facilities.

A brief bit about me... I work full time; I am a GM for an ecommerce/import company. I have my own business making handmade goods which I sell through local shops and online. Most of which I make from home, so I am often in, when I am not at work. I have 1 other property besides this one. I am up very early every day, around 5 am and don't go to bed late, I am not much of a party person.
I have had guests with children before, visiting at weekends etc. That's not a problem for me either. I am fairly easy going and open minded. I have no issue with smokers but don't allow smoking inside.
The annexe is priced for 1 person, the occasional overnight visit from a friend/partner/kids is fine but I have only priced for 1 person to be there all the time, I wasn't really looking for couples or friends sharing as I don't feel there is enough space, bills would be higher too.
No pets either, as much as I don't mind animals, I have had issues with pets and damage in the past so have decided not to do that again.
Happy to consider short term lets for those who maybe working in the area but the minimum is 1 month. (For example if you needed 3 weeks it would still cost a full calendar month as a full calendar month is my minimum.)
Room is available from 2nd April.

I let this room to a really nice chap just 3 months ago but he has sadly been made redundant and is heading home to the west country soon hence available again so quickly.
