Large garden at the back with a couple sheds where bikes can be stored. There's also a BBq in the back you can use.

Spacious kitchen with a TV and a dishwasher you can use. Two fridge freezers so there's plenty of space.

The bedrooms themselves are double rooms, double beds with ottoman storage (bed frame lifts up) with new memory foam mattresses and blackout blinds/curtains.

There are three separate lounges each with a TV and a sofa so there is plenty of space.

Bedroom 2 has their own ensuite however it's a toilet only, so the shower is shared between 2 people.

Cleaner for communal areas fortnightly.

There are three bedrooms total including my own. Also I can take the desks and chairs out of the rooms if you'd rather the extra space.

Only thing I'd ask is please be respectful of the other people in the house and no shoes on the carpet as it's still new and is kept clean thanks.
