2 large rooms for £800 - bills included

Two very spacious rooms in a recently renovated bungalow, situated in the Sholing area of Southampton, close to amenities including bus route to the City Centre, local shops as well as access to local parks and green spaces.

The bungalow technically has three rooms, and I will be staying in one of those rooms, and the other two are the lodger’s. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. The two rooms are £800 (together, not each) and are furnished and you can use them however you wish. For example, you could use one room as your bedroom and the other a private living room, or study. Outside you can find a big garden, mainly laid to lawn, and off road parking for one car. Not pictured is a storage shed which you can use for a bike etc.

I work full time and mostly away from home but occasionally have my dog and girlfriend stay over when home. As you can see from the photos, I keep the house tidy and clean at all times and would require the same from you. If you are a smoker please do not smoke inside the house. Pets welcome if you can keep the house clean. My preferences include a quiet working professional, with a recent landlord reference and proof of earnings to ensure you can pay the rent. Students are welcome to enquire and will be considered on an individual basis. Couples also welcome to enquire but this will be an increased rate. The house is a quiet adobe for me to relax when I'm home and therefore is not suitable for people who have friends stay over and/or party.
