About Us:
Myself & my partner currently own this property in Sholing and are looking to rent out the second bedroom to another female young professional like myself.
My partner works away so it would just be living with me. I work 8-4 Monday - Friday and work from home 3 days a week.
I spend most of my time having dinners with friends, going to the gym, doing arts & craft hobbies etc. I am a very clean & tidy individual but I do understand how a busy life may cause a little chaotic mess.
The room:
The room is a double bedroom. It currently has a sofa bed & desk in there however we are not precious over this and will be putting in a normal double bed if requested.
There is some built in storage space & a set of draws. There is also a large cupboard which is currently used for towels / suitcase storage. There are also black out curtains & a full length mirror. The images on the add are from when I decorated the room, more images upon request. We would like someone to stay for 6 months and there may be an option to extend closer to the time.
We are looking for a mature responsible professional who will care and look after our house the same way we do.
Shared Space:
We have a spacious driveway so you are free to park a car on it. Back garden that catches the sun with some garden furniture. We have a large kitchen / dining room area recently renovated by ourselves and is fully equipped & a large living room. The house is fully furnished & decorated already.
Bathroom:
There is 1 bathroom in the house with a bath & shower.
Transport:
There are plenty of methods of transport nearby. Bus stops at the end of the street. Electric scooters / bikes at the end of the street. Sholing Train Station is a 10 minute walk.
Neighbours:
We have built very good relationships with our neighbours and all are very approachable and look out for each other.
Location:
The house is a semi-detached property within a quiet cul-de-sac. There is a Tesco express within a 3 minute walk.
