My home is a purpose built flat that is 7 years old , i am on the lower ground floor it has a communal garden and lift even tho there are only 4 floors .Excellent bus routes and about 5 mins from M27. there is off road parking also local shops and garage . I am clean ,tidy and easy to get along with I work full time and get up early so am normally home early afternoon .i also have a very loveable choc Labrador .The price includes all bills.
