I am renting a double room in a house in Sholing. Nice area with good transport links. Free off road parking, good broadband, shared living room, shared bathroom and open plan kitchen/diner. Large garden. £400 pcm, all bills included. Bedroom has 2 fitted wardrobes with hanging space, a desk and a double bed. Currently have myself and another tenant living here, both clean, tidy and easy to get along with. Have 2 cats so if you're allergic that may not be ideal!
