Hi I have a double room to let in my 3 bedroom semi detached house in a lovely cul de sac in the SO19 area, very close to the motorway and only 10 mins into the centre of Southampton. I live in the house and only let out one room so would only be sharing with me. The room is fully furnished with build in double wardrobe, bathroom has a bath and a shower with it, there is a washing machine and tumble dryer, garden and with off road parking to the side of the house. £450 per month includes all bills, internet, council tax etc. It is available now, but prepared to wait for the right person.
