Fully furnished, recently redecorated house with off-road parking. 20 minutes walk from Sholing train station and on a bus route to City Centre (15 minutes).I am looking for male or female housemate in 3 bedroom house (max. 3 people in property). Clean and quiet house, looking for somebody that is tidy and respectful. A high quality kitchen with all modern appliances (washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher). BT fibre internet. Looking for a working professional. Sorry no students, no night time workers and no DSS. Must also like dogs as I have border collie. Single occupancy only. 6 months + stay. £100 per week or £400 per month (all bills included). Room available from now.
