I have a double bedroom with bed and mattress for rent. It will likely only be available for 4-5 months but may be longer.

The apartment is only 10 years old with large open-plan kitchen/lounge with juliet balcony overlooking a nice communal garden. Sofa and TV are provided, as are all kitchen & laundry appliances.

There is one parking space to share between two tenants but you can also park on the road outside. There is a bus stop right outside and it's a 2 min walk to shops, a gym, a lidl, a costa and a KFC.

Rent includes super fast broadband, council tax, water, gas and electric.

Move in date is flexible but the sooner the better.

You will be living with an absolutely lovely friendly female tenant in her 20s, she is immaculately tidy and a full time professional.
