Double Bedroom (10'6 x 10') with built in double wardrobe, chest of draws, bed and bedside table available with additional large single room (8'4 x 8'4) included in the price. The single room comes unfurnished, with the potential to use the space in anyway you see fit. Either as a separate living space/office or a walk in closet.

The current tenant also has extra furniture which he won't need anymore (E. G. sofa bed) which could be purchased from him.

There is a large living space, that will be shared with myself (live in landlord), including two sofas, large television and room to relax. The Dining room is cosy and has a dining room table and chairs. All living spaces and kitchen are shared with myself. However, there is plenty of storage available throughout the house, meaning you wont be crammed into a small amount of cupboards or space.

There is a large gym room as well which you are welcome to use.

Included in the price is access to Sky TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime and high speed fibre optic Broadband.

All bills are included except I ask for a small contribution to the council tax (currently £32.50 a month).

The house comes with a large utility area, including all white goods. Again, there is plenty of storage in the utility area.

The Kitchen is a modern kitchen with all mod-cons. Microwave oven, oven, dishwasher and lots of cupboard space. Again this will be shared, but there is plenty of space.

The bathroom is modern bathroom, with a bath and power shower provided. The house provides two toilets, one upstairs and one downstairs for convenience.

I normally get a cleaner in approximately every 2 weeks and share this cost with the current tenant. If you did not wish to continue this arrangement I would probably go to once a month cleaning and pay it myself.

The Garden is a large, attractive garden, with plenty light and numerous sheds for storage. the decking is modern and lends itself to garden entertaining.

The house provides both roadside and off road parking, right outside the property.

The property is within a five minute walk, from two local convenience stores (co-op and one stop) and within a 10min drive to a big supermarket. The town centre is a 10minute drive, and provides quick easy access to the M27.
