Double room to rent in lovely quiet home based just outside of Winchester town centre.

My name is James and i am managing the rental of this room with my Grandma Barbara.
This is a lovely double room with use of its own bathroom and driveway parking with use of EV car charger in a quiet home.

My Nan who lives on her own is looking for someone who is looking for a quiet life and privacy. She would like to stress that this is not a home for parties and gatherings but somewhere to live and work.
Her son who is 58 years old and will be living there temporary.

The room is a double bed with built in cupboard and set of draws. Bathroom is yours only and has toilet, sink and bath/shower. There is a shared kitchen and garden with your own fridge.
Visitors are allowed when it has been communicated to the house and no overnight stays are permitted.

This would suit a young professional.

I hope you understand that these boundaries are put in place to insure that the house remains a quiet environment and we only ask you to respect the house as your privacy will be respected in return.
