Looking for a female housemate

This is a medium-sized room in a 3 bedroom house. The house is located in a nice, quiet and safe area with friendly neighbours, very close to the University of Southampton (10 minutes walking distance).
There are actually two rooms available, so if you are interested we can arrange a viewing and you can choose one.
The living room, kitchen and bathroom are shared areas.
I am a teacher and a friendly and easy going person. I can be a clean freak at times, but I am understanding and easy to live with. I love pets, hence why I have a lovely cat.
I like reading, painting and watching films in my spare time. I am also interested in music and painting. I am looking for a friendly female, perhaps someone who has similar interests, to share this place with and develop a friendship.
