The room can be part or unfurnished if required. A desk and chair can be provided free of charge, upon request

The house has a communal kitchen / lounge with all the usual appliances including dishwasher, two large fridge/freezer etc. There is a 43inch LED smart TV, sofa and two tub chairs. There is also a folding dining table and chairs.

The room is only available to professionals and postgraduate students. Please also note rooms are for single occupancy only. Strictly no undergraduates.

The price is also inclusive of 4 hours cleaning of communal areas per month.
