I have a large double room available in a lovely spacious 3 bedroom house located in centre of Southampton. Room is fully furnished with massive wardrobe, new double bed and beautiful carpet (room picture doesn't show mattress as it was taken during refurbishment).

House is recently decorated, current housemates are relaxed keep house very tidy and collaborative. There's a dining room with TV/Prime subscription, large kitchen with plenty of storage, virgin media fiber optic broadband.

It's located centrally and just 10 mins walk to Southampton high street, 5mins to Solent Uni. Local shops are few minutes walk distance. Southampton central station is 15 mins walk and bus stop is just down the road.

Room(s) will suit a working professional or a student who will keep the house tidy. Rent includes all bills. One month deposit upfront.
