The house and room are fully furnished and in great condition. The Ocean Village Marina area has everything you need - tesco & co-op shops, restaurants & bars, 5* HarBar hotel & spa, Harbour Lights Cinema are all around the marina; good travel links, close to city centre and parks.
You'd be living with me and my boyfriend, we’re friendly and easy going. I'm a video editor and motion graphics designer and work from home. My boyfriend is a personal trainer and musician so some music equipent around the house.
