We are looking for a friendly housemate for this lovely all-female, young professional house. Sharing with 4 other girls who are all post graduate working professionals in a variety of fields.

Maintained to a high standard throughout. With two bathrooms, a contemporary kitchen including a dishwasher, shared crockery/cutlery/cooking equipment etc., large fridge freezer, second fridge. Shared living space with 43” flat screen TV, fibre optic broadband, double glazing, gas central heating, spacious attractive garden with BBQ and outdoor seating. Bike rack for up to 5 bicycles. Fortnightly cleaner and regular gardener.

The available room comes furnished with a double bed with memory foam mattress, bedside table, chest of drawers, desk, shelves, mirror, wardrobe and blackout curtains.

This beautiful Victorian house is in a quiet location, just around the corner from Bedford Place with shops, cafes, bars, clubs and restaurants. Everything you need (grocery/pharmacy etc) is within walking distance. Ideal if you rely on public transport as it is a 5 minute walk to main bus stops, and a 15 minute walk to Southampton Central train station with links all over the country.

Bills included: gas, electricity, water (please note: all subject to a cap), council tax, TV licence, complimentary broadband. Friendly and responsive female landlord.
