It has a double bed, bedside cabinet, lamp, large chest of drawers, shelving, soft seating etc. It is located in the centre of the city within walking distance of all amenities - shops, malls, doctor surgery, restaurants, cinema and the sea front and town quay. Excellent bus services exisit to the rest of the city, just 2 min walk away. It is located close to Southampton institiute and bus links serve the university.
I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy and definitely a non smoker. I work full time, so am not in much. I will also consider two people sharing the room, for an additional 50. 00 per week.
