This has been a no smoking property, and my preference would be for it to remain this way - but there is access to the garden via the kitchen, the current tenant is a smoker and finds this to be a workable solution. I can discuss requirements case by case.
Pets are allowed in the house and there is currently a small dog, however additional pets will have to be discussed with each applicant at the time of messaging to ensure suitability ; also, as expected, damage policy caused to furnishings by animals will be discussed upon viewings.
