Single room in family home

Very nice large single bedroom in my newly refurbished home.
Fully furnished with a 4ft ottoman bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and large wardrobe.
Large living spaces and garden which is shared with me and my son, i also have cats and dogs so animal friendly people only please.
I rent two bedrooms which only these rooms share a bathroom.
There is a small residential park car park at the front of the house plus on road parking, fantastic transport links.
LGBT friendly
