It is only a 7 minute walk to Southampton University's Highfield Campus and the house is located just off junction 5 of the M27, so there are very good transport links. Also Portswood Highstreet is nearby and it is only a short drive into the city center.

The house has a large lounge with a feature fireplace; a completely new kitchen with a large fridge freezer, separate freezer, washing machine and new cooker; and a large private garden which backs onto woodland, ideal for BBQ's and sunbathing! There are four double bedrooms, all a reasonable size and one of which has a mezanine bed. Again each has been fully redecorated and all have new carpeting. The house has a separate bathroom and toilet (very hand for those rushed mornings!) which are both newly fitted and the bathroom has a large electric shower ensuring there will always be hot water available.

The house is fully double glazed and had two boilers, one for the central heating and the other for hot water ensuring the house will always have either hot water or heating. There is lots of storage available with an outhouse perfect for bikes and a garden shed with all the necessary equipment for gardening. There is also a large cupboard under the stairs and another storage area opposite. The front of the house has offroad parking for one car and parking permits for the road are available.
