Large Double Room

Large double room available in the downstairs part of my house. Direct access from this room leads to an outside seating area.
The room has a double bed, wardrobe, two sets of drawers, free standing mirror, tub chair and a tv unit.
Shared use of the kitchen utilities and bathroom is included (washing machine/tumble dryer) Bills and broadband are also included.
This house will be shared with me, my two children and our cats.
I run a business from home which takes me out of the house for most of the day and the children that live here stay away every other wkend as do I.
This room is located within the area of Bitterne Park which has local shops, direct bus routes and easy access to the motorway.
