Double room in two bed flat

This is a two bedroom ground floor flat in a converted 150 year old manor house. You would have a double room, fully furnished with large built in wardrobe, chest of draws and bedside cabinet. The windows overlook a private court yard. There is a large sitting room with Sky HD tv and wireless broadband. You would have exclusive use of the main bathroom which has both bath and separate shower cubicle. The kitchen is fully equiped with dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge/freezer, microwave and oven. There is also a separate conservatory. It is in a very quiet area.

I will charge a fixed rate of £100 per month covering all bills, except telephone calls. This gives a total of £450 per month.

I am working and living in London so will only tend to be present occasionally on saturday nights and very occasionally during the week. As such you would more or less have the flat to yourself.
