Lovely room in a Victorian house can be provided furnished or unfurnished. Central location and great for city connections. Ideally looking for a Monday to Friday rental.

Fast fibre broadband and all amenities provided. Water softener is also fitted to the property so no issues with horrible Hampshire limescale!

The room is located on the first floor of the property, it is not ensuite but the bathroom is right outside and only shared with the landlord who is female and incredibly tidy. Dual sinks so own cupboard space etc is all yours.

Kitchen is shared and no need to bring pans etc as all provided, but must be happy to keep clean and tidy.

I work locally but I have a busy schedule, I like to be social so whilst I am not the loudest more than happy to share a glass of wine or two.
