Hi,
We have a very nice recently refurbished double, furnished bedroom with a huge built-in mirrored sliding door wardrobe :)
Use of shared modern bathroom (shared with a couple) and kitchen.
Kitchen is equip with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven and air fryer etc.
Area is nice and quiet, superstores are close so as the bus stop (no. 18) or the motorway (exit 8).
Free offsite/street parking.

We are looking for one professional person, someone kind, tidy, clean who can respect others ideally someone similar age as us. :)
Rent will include bills.
1 month deposit & 1month rent will need to be paid in advance, latest a day before moving in.
Please bring reference -previous landlord/agency.
