As I have an ensuite the main bathroom will be available mainly for your use.
I am an Australian who has lived in England for 20 years. I work full time and whilst I'm friendly, I'm not massively social so you will have your own space and don't need to feel obliged to have to chat.
There is off road parking if you have a car.
My house is full of plants and I'm hoping that any housemate I take on will water them for me when I'm on holiday.
I don’t have a pet and am not interested in having one however I do dog sit my friends dog whilst they are on holidays.
