Ocean Village - DBL Room in Nice Split Level Flat

Hi, I am in the process of moving out of my spacious 2 double bed split level flat, and I am looking to rent out both rooms eventually, but not necessarily together....

The rent is £500pm (or £450 without parking). Bills are not included, but are estimated at about £150 pm pp.

Parking is off road, around the back of the building; where there is also a bike shed.
