Young professional to move into 6 bedroom house

I am looking for a professional between the ages of 22 and 45 years old to move into a double room i currently rent in a 6 bedroom shared house. The house is furnished. It has two showers; two toilets; a kitchen; a living area with a dining table and a TV with virgin. The rent is £480 which includes all the bills; wifi, TV, gas and electric, and council tax. The property is available immediately.
