The room is en-suite with toilet, basin and shower. In the room there is a king size bed, 2 bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, wardrobe, 43inch UHD TV, kitchen worktop with 5 cupboards, microwave, kettle, ironing board and clothes airer. There is also crockery plates and bowls etc.

It is immaculately clean and tidy (a cleaner comes in every 2 weeks to clean the shared areas) and would suit a professional. It is a minimum of 6 month let, thereafter it is on a monthly rolling basis. Rent is £875 per month and I take a month’s rent as a deposit, so £875 to get the keys. I also need a current landlord reference. There is also a £50per month premium for a couple.

Please note that the rent includes ALL bills, so water, gas, electric, council tax and TV license. It also includes 500 MB BT fibre broadband, which is direct to the property and is extremely fast!

The other 3 rooms in the house are let to professionals, who are respectful and friendly. The house has a good sized shared living room and kitchen, with a washing machine and dishwasher.

There is also a shared bathroom (for the 3 other rooms) and a further downstairs WC - so 3 toilets between 4 rooms. There is parking for 2 cars on the drive and currently only 1 of the other tenants drives.
