Extremely well-equipped kitchen with double range oven, two fridges. Laundry room. Two big lounges both equipped with HD& SKY. Free parking. Close to all amenities, bus routes, motorway access. Lovely award winning garden with summerhouse. Household has had many years of very happy lodging-lets. Previous tenants happy to offer feedback to new enquiries. House very, very clean. Would prefer working professionals who would like to chill in the evenings. No shift workers-sorry. Would suit someone who wants a really nice place to live in, who is clean and tidy, likes chilled out evenings but also likes a laugh and is sociable. Laundering included. One month's notice appreciated at end of tenure :-)
